Roaring since 2020!

We are more than just a motorcycle riders group; we are a community of riders united by our love for adventure, exploration, and the unmistakable rumble of our engines. Whether you’re a seasoned rider with decades of experience or a beginner eager to hit the road, you’ll find a place here among like-minded enthusiasts.

What we stand for

Safety First

We prioritize safety above all else. Responsible riding is not just a motto but a commitment we uphold. We promote safe riding practices and education for all members.

Upon signing up, group members agreed and committed to respect the Highway Code & Traffic Regulation as well as to ride responsibly during any events organized by the group. Members will adopt no behavior or conduct which may damage the image and the reputation of Tambutso Riders and the whole motorcycle riding community.

Helmet

A helmet is by far the most important piece of motorcycle riding gear. Not only are they legally required, but the surest way to prevent a head injury.

A full-face helmet is highly recommended. Open-face or three-quarter helmets will not protect your face and chin, where 40 per cent of crashes occur according to a recent study. Alternatively, a modular helmet will offer you the same protection but is more convenient than the standard full-face helmet

Jacket

A motorcycle jacket is the second most important piece of gear that you’ll need behind a helmet. It covers more of your skin than anything else and provides impact absorption during an accident.

Pants

Some riders choose to skip buying a decent pair of motorcycle jeans, which is a huge mistake. Regular jeans have just 0.6 seconds of abrasion resistance before they are torn to shreds. A proper pair of motorcycle jeans will protect your hips, shins and knees from the road surface.

Boots

A sturdy pair of motorcycle boots is a must for any rider. As a general rule, motorcycle boots should cover your ankle at the very least. They should also lace tightly because a loose-fitting pair of boots or shoes can literally fly off your feet in a crash.

Gloves

In an accident, you’ll probably stick your hands out to break your fall. It’s a natural and powerful instinct. That’s why motorcycle gloves are an essential piece of gear.

Armors

Still want to wear your favorite jeans or jersey? A good body armour will protect you but will be thin and flexible enough to not feel like an inconvenience. Some body armour is so light that you’ll forget it’s even there. Some armored leggings offer amazing stretch, abrasion resistance and impact protection while remaining discreet. These have been designed to be worn on their own or under your jeans.

If you crash and you’re not wearing protective clothing, it only takes 0.03 seconds for the sneaker to burst. 0.6 seconds for the jeans to disintegrate. The hoodie – gone in a mere 0.03 seconds. Protect your entire body on every ride.
