Notes

1. This event lasts for 24 hours and you have several options to fit your schedule, but we encourage all members to be present between 19:00 til 22:00 on October 12th for the main program.

2. Members have the option to leave after the main program concludes (no consumption of alcoholic drinks if you plan to ride or drive), or stay overnight and leave early the next day.

3. Joining the group ride is optional, but the more, the merrier! Members are also welcome to join the convoy by car.

• AUH staging point: ADNOC Salam beside ADCB HQ then proceed to Sweihan meetup point.
• AIN staging point: TBD
• SHJ/AJM/RAK staging point: ENOC 1063, Warsan 3 then proceed to DXB staging point.
• DXB staging point: Last Exit, Al Qudra then proceed to Sweihan meetup point via AL Faqa’ Road.
• Sweihan meetup point: ADNOC Service Station 960

4. Members who can’t join the group ride can arrive at the venue late.

5. All UAE members, whether attending or not, are required to respond to the event attendance form to help us with planning.

6. Members who cannot attend due to unavoidable circumstances (such as being overseas or offshore) are exempt from the venue fee of AED50.

7. Members who contributed but did not attend or canceled at the last minute will not be refunded. The venue fee paid will be used for food, drinks, and other expenses.

8. This is an annual event, and attendance is essential, specially for new members or those who are not able to join regular rides.

Alcoholic drinks: Bring Your Own B (beer, bottle, booze) and share it! 😉
